At the heart of Nqoba Properties is our founder and Principal, Nqobile Baloi Sekano. Nqobile is a distinguished Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) who brings a wealth of knowledge and executive strategy to the property sector. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Marketing, complemented by a post-graduate qualification in Entrepreneurship. Nqobile’s expertise is built on a solid foundation of diverse professional experience. She spent over 12 years in the fast-paced petrochemicals industry, mastering complex commercial operations, corporate governance, and client relations. Transitioning her strategic acumen to property, she has accumulated 5 years of specialized experience in residential real estate, guiding clients through successful sales, purchases, and portfolio management.
